(This is a very short story which has approximately 25-30 words which present some difficulty. However, about half of these are adverbs, a part of speech rarely used by our students in their speech or writing. We would probably present these words separately as a vocabulary list at some time before introducing the rest of the vocabulary and the story itself).
After presenting, discussing, and assigning a match-up sheet on the words below, this exercise would be useful.
