. New York: Holt, Rinehart and Winston, 1970. wonderful book with many photos. The last section covers echolocation.
6. Powledge, Tabitha M., “Windows on the Womb”,
, 17 (5), 1983. An interesting article about amniocentesis and ultrasound.
7. Small Miracles of Love and Science,
, November, 1982. Students would enjoy this article about
fertilization and, incidentally, ultrasound.
