Forming a General understanding
|
The reader will demonstrate understanding of the text's general content by:

Determining the main idea or theme within the text

Identifying or inferring important characters, settings, problems, events, relationships and details

Selecting and using relevant information from the text in order to summarize events and/or ideas in the test
